Sheikha Al Thani joined to the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Cairo organized introductory Charity Exhibition entitled “Young Egyptian Hopes”
Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Cairo organized introductory Charity Exhibition entitled “Young Egyptian Hopes” in the Residence of Ambassador in Zamalek. Serbian Embassy together with Faculty of Art Education of Helwan University every year traditionally organizes competition for young students of art for every graduate level. Authors of best works are awarded by Serbian Embassy and Alex bank which sponsors this manifestation. This year in autumn is planed Charity Auction of the best and others works competing in the manifestation. All donations will be given to the educational institutions in Egypt.
On this launching event, Ambassador of Serbia, HE Dragan Bisenic said Egypt has talented and gifted young which deserves support of the Embassy. It gives to Egypt very high place in cultural history in the world. That all justify Egyptian pretentions to the high ranking position in international institutions, like UNESCO.
Many ambassador of the diplomatic corp attended this event, ambassadors from Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and dignitaries from Egyptian political, social, business, academic and artistic community in Cairo.
